MEET MASTER TRACE TAKAKI
Master Trace Takaki began his martial arts journey as a boy in Hawaii, where he earned his black belt in traditional Karate before relocating to San Diego, California, to study American Shaolin Kempo under Villari's Studios of Self Defense, training that transitioned into American Schools of Shao-Lin Kempo under Head Master Robert Pearlswig, where he earned his 5th Degree Black Belt, Go-Dan.
He now brings that lineage, Hawaiian Karate roots, the circular power of Shao-Lin Kempo, and years of disciplined instruction, to Nikata Defense Centers in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he leads students through the same practical, real world approach to self defense that shaped his own journey, training the next generation in American Shao-Lin Kempo.
